Ruby Art — Fragments of Wisdom

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases and pre-orders made through rubyart.ch, operated by Bianca Bauer under the name Ruby Art, based in Zurich, Switzerland.

By placing an order, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Pre-Orders & Payment

Fragments of Wisdom is an independently published oracle deck offered for pre-order ahead of its first edition.

Full payment is required at the time of ordering. By placing a pre-order, customers acknowledge that the product is not yet available for immediate delivery.

All prices are displayed in Swiss francs (CHF). Applicable shipping costs are indicated during checkout.

3. Estimated Delivery

The first edition is currently expected to ship in late November or early December 2026.

Please note that this is an estimated timeframe, not a guaranteed delivery date. As the deck is being independently produced, delays in printing, production or international shipping may occur.

Customers will be informed of significant changes to the anticipated delivery schedule.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Pre-orders are binding and cannot ordinarily be cancelled or refunded once placed.

If the publication is cancelled or Ruby Art is unable to fulfil an order, customers will receive a full refund of the amount paid, including any shipping fees.

This policy does not affect any mandatory rights customers may have under applicable law, including rights arising from non-delivery, significant delays or defective products.

5. Shipping

Orders will be dispatched once the first edition has been produced and received by Ruby Art.

Shipping costs and available delivery destinations are displayed during checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

6. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All original poetry, written content, creative concepts and original materials published by Ruby Art, including Fragments of Wisdom, are protected by copyright.

All rights to the original poetry and written content belong to Bianca Bauer.

Photographs, illustrations and other works created by collaborating artists remain protected by the respective rights holders and are used with permission.

No content may be reproduced, distributed, commercially exploited or otherwise used without prior written permission from the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law.

Purchasing a deck does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the customer.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the customer's country of residence.
