A cross-cultural space for intimate, visible, and bold creation.
Based in Zurich, hosted in Athens.

At its core lies rubyart.ch, a Swiss-based curatorial space initiated by Bianca Bauer. The physical space in Athens is where it all takes form.

Driven by the collaboration between Swiss and Greek voices, the split into rubyart.ch and rubyart.gr reflects more than a legal structure. It mirrors the layered nature of the project. It was a conscious decision not to limit the creative process to the physical space. Ruby Art is more than openings and marble finishes — it's a curatorial framework that moves freely, shaped by dialogue, not geography. One side rooted in research, funding, and conceptual development, the other grounded in material presence, visibility, and the vibrant rhythm of Pagrati. Together, they form one living organism.

Each exhibition is accompanied by a limited edition, available online, offering something unique, tangible, and accessible. It was important to keep the threshold low. Ruby Art is deliberately placed in a lively square, where art becomes part of everyday life, free to encounter for everyone who passes by. The limited editions make art not only affordable but also offer artists a sustainable way to generate income beyond the exhibition itself.
