Driven by the collaboration between Swiss and Greek curators and artists, the split into rubyart.ch and rubyart.gr reflects more than a legal structure. It mirrors the layered nature of the project:
one side rooted in research, funding, and conceptual development — the other grounded in material presence, visibility, and the vibrant rhythm of Pagrati. Together, they form one living organism.
